We understand how critical budgets and deadlines are for you. Therefore, our first and foremost concerns are (1) to stay within budget, and (2) meet all deadlines.

During our years of experience, we have been responsible for cost control by coordinating with the owner and contractors during the design process. The quality of surveying and/or engineering documents is directly related to controlling costly change orders and meeting the original project schedule.

We have included in our project references a few of our clients who are familiar with our ability to meet difficult deadlines and budget constraints. We are very proud of our successful record in regards to control of costs, quality of work and our ability to meet schedules.
